For returns, you will need a Return Authorization number issued by Action Hose and Fittings. Contact us through the above phone number or Email address. Buyer must return products within fifteen (15) days of your original delivery date or sale becomes final. Returned items must be in new and resalable condition. Items showing abuse, damage or neglect will not be warrantied.
To request for return and credit, Buyer must provide purchase order number, approximate date shipped and any/ all other identifying numbers (such as invoice number, date of invoice, P.O. numbers, etc.). Each request for return and credit of products should state the type and quantity of goods, the part numbers and the reasons for the return.
The Return Authorization Letter must be enclosed in the return box, no returns will be accepted without it. If an order includes a separate shipping and handling charge, they are not refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Only warrantied items will be covered on return cost.
Due to their nature custom orders and special-order products are not returnable.
Note: After the carrier has received your returned items, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Refunds will typically take 3-5 business days to be processed.

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours after being placed. If the cancellation request is approved, we will send a confirmation message to the email address that was provided when placing the order.
If the order shipped before cancellation request was made, we cannot automatically provide you a refund. Your order will then be treated like a “return”. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Shipping and Handling
Currently our company is only shipping within the United States. You will receive a shipping and handling amount before committing to purchase. We make a best effort to calculate these costs at the time you place your order. While it is very unlikely, in the event of a significant shipping calculation error or rise in shipping costs from the carrier, we reserve the right to ask for a shipping surcharge. You will of course have the right to cancel your order if this were to occur. We realize this situation would not make our customers happy and will do our best to avoid this as it is our goal to build a lasting positive relationship with all our customers.
Seller will attempt to meet shipment schedules. However, Seller will not be liable for any loss, damages or penalty resulting from delay in delivery of the products when such delay is due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Seller, including without limitation, supplier delay, force majeure, act of God, Labor unrest, fire, explosion, or earthquake. In any such event, the delivery date will be deemed extended for a period equal to the delay. Seller reserves the right to allocate inventories and current production in any way it deems desirable.
The Prices in our literature and on our website are correct at the time of publication, however they may be subject to change without notice. We try to be as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for errors of omission or typographical errors. Seller has the right to cancel an order for a mispriced item. All prices shown on our website are listed in US Dollar ($).
Action Hose and Fittings accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express both online and by phone. This is the quickest, easiest and safest method of payment for all parties. Your account will be charged at time of purchase regardless of lead time to ship.
