    How do you attach a layflat hose?

    The lay flat hose is connected to the pump or vessel by means or a camlock fitting on the pump mating up to a camlock fitting on the hose. Camlock fittings are preferred due to their locking mechanism which avoids leaking.

    Are flat hoses any good?

    Lay flat hoses do a good job because it can be rolled up and stored in small areas when not in use and be rolled out quickly when needed.

    They can be connected via camlock fittings and do not have to be threaded on and off. This 'quick connect' capability makes jobs easier and cleaner.
